Message was received stating the Governor signed the following bill                                 
on June 15 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the                                 
Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                                  
                                                                                                    
         CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 300(L&C) "An Act                                                    
         relating to the handling of negative equity in motor                                       
         vehicle transactions; and relating to the contents of                                      
         retail installment contracts."
